Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and in the UAE, Tabby/Tamara for flexible payments.
Q: What currency will I be charged in?
UAE customers: charged in AED.
Lebanon: always charged in USD.
International customers: charged in USD.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
UAE: 2–4 business days (1–2 days in selected cities).
Lebanon: 5–7 business days.
International: 7–14 business days depending on location.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship globally through trusted courier partners.
Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products (stickers), returns are generally not accepted once items are opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.p>
Q: How do sticker subscriptions work?
Our subscription plan lets you receive new and exclusive sticker packs every month at a discounted price.
Q: Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard—no hidden fees.
Q: Will I get the same stickers every month?
No—each month we release fresh designs so your collection stays exciting and unique.
Q:When will my subscription/gift subscription arrive
All sticker packs are shipped via express delivery service, approximately 7
business days after the last day of the month.
We bill the month prior to shipment. For example, if you sign up anytime in
January (January 1–31), the first pack you receive will be the February pack.
This will ship about 7 business days into February. You’ll receive a shipping
notice at the email address on file as soon as your pack is dropped off with our
courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Times:
UAE: up to 7 days
Lebanon: up to 7 days
GCC: up to 10 days
Europe: up to 15 days
All other locations: up to 4 weeks
If your shipment is delayed beyond the above estimated delivery times, please
contact us at threemonkeysstickers@gmail.com or send us a WhatsApp
message so we can track your order and ensure it’s delivered.
How do I update my shipping address?
To update the shipping address for your subscription:
Log in to your Three Monkeys Stickers account.
Click “Manage Subscriptions” at the top of the page.
Find the subscription you want to update and click “Edit” in the Shipping
Address section.
Enter your new shipping address and click “Save Changes.”
A confirmation message will appear, and your updated address will now show
under Shipping Address.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Three Monkeys Stickers subscription at any time.
Once canceled, your subscription will stop at the end of your current billing cycle, and you won’t be charged for future packs.
How to Cancel:
Log in to your Three Monkeys Stickers account.
Go to My Subscriptions.
Click on the subscription you want to cancel.
Select “Cancel Subscription”.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
How do I gift a subscription?
Gifting a Three Monkeys Stickers subscription is easy!
Go to our Gift a Subscription page on the website.
Choose the subscription plan you want to gift.
Enter the recipient’s name, email, and shipping address.
Complete the payment.
The recipient will receive an email with their subscription details and
their first pack will arrive according to the standard delivery schedule.
It’s the perfect way to surprise someone with monthly joy, creativity, and fun!
